You remain in control.
You review and send the correspondence yourself. We do not contact your doctor or submit applications on your behalf. A draft request is not authority approval. GP, translation and government fees are separate, and we cannot guarantee permission or a response time.

To save personal details, you sign in to the customer area with your password and an authenticator code. Both sites use HTTPS. Registration is open. Email verification, an authenticator and explicit health-data consent are required.
