Register using a verified work email on your agency website domain. Each eligible agency website receives five complimentary Full Pack vouchers to test or give to clients. If your agency uses another email provider, contact [email protected].

Create your agency profile and add your branding.
Enter the client’s name and email, with their permission. PTC emails their personalised QR voucher PDF.
The client signs in using that email and uploads the original PDF, enters its voucher number, or scans its QR code and confirms redemption.
The client completes the usual journey and generates the included product without further payment.

Your portal shows the remaining balance and whether each voucher has been issued, redeemed or completed. Client medical details and reports remain private.

10 Report vouchers: £60. 10 Full Pack vouchers: £250. One-time payment in GBP; no subscription. Your agency sets its own client charge.

Credits and vouchers expire 365 days after allocation or purchase. Issuing uses one credit; resending the same voucher uses none. Each voucher covers one traveller and itinerary. A valid PDF upload redeems the voucher immediately into the recipient’s account, where the client can resume later. Generated downloads remain available for seven days.

PTC reports use partial reviewed evidence and identify unresolved findings. They are advisory reports and document drafts, not medical advice, import permits or travel clearance. Nothing is submitted to an authority.
